Manage or cancel your subscription
Payments go through Apple, so your subscription lives in your App Store account. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Ganos. You can also get there from the app: Profile, then Manage subscription.
Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep your access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete account. This removes your profile, your conversations, your voice notes and your coach's memory of you, and it cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it first in Settings, as above.
